I recently went to the Library restaurant at the Vendue Inn. It was recommended to me by the hotel I was staying in as being the best in the city. I can't comment if it is the best but it was worth a visit, the food was good quality and the staff knowledgable and friendly. The room is small and beatifully decorated. It is t well worth a visit.
