Wednesday, the History Channel premiers its Modern Marvels show on distilleries. And if you're in the mood, there are two other shows the same night. Breweries, and Saloons at 8 and 9 respectively.

I missed the rum part. It got me however thinking into getting into other spirits. Never been much of a gin fan but with the ingredients in there its hard not to like. I saw on food network Flay having a Vodka tasting which I found cool. Hopefully they will have a rerun so I can catch the rum part.
