I found this article about a restaurant in Brooklyn that served cuy.

Jeff -- Thanks; I'll try the guinea pig at the next available opportunity (in a while). Perhaps by then, Wilfrid might already have sampled the item and reported. The little ones are described as being "served whole-in-body, pointy ears, cloven paws, razorlike tiny teeth, and all" :wink: The author of the article notes: "People who order it know that they want it."
