I had missed this story so thanks for bumping it, even though it brought back memories of my personal 'catering' horror stories. However, in reading this story and the comments of others in this thread, there is also a sort of perverse comfort in knowing that I am not the only one who endured 'death by fire' trials like this despite the best made plans of 'mice and men'.
