a luncheon in central jersey

Iam planning a luncheon in mid December for aprox 65-am looking for a place with elegant food-preferably fish and pasta, with room for a coctail hour--can be BYO--and room for a jazz trio.  Scotch plains,plainfield, Metuchen Eidson, Bound Book etc. Please help--We do need everyone in one room.  Thanks.
