Consistently rated best: Pho Hung (in Chinatown, on Spadina at Dundas, approximately).

Also very good (but more of a "fast-food approach"): Ginger (Yonge, just south of Bloor).

The last time I was in Toronto I had a really good goat pho at a very small place on Spadina near College on the West Side of the street (definitely not Pho Hung but located near by). They served sliced scotch bonnet peppers in vinegar on the side. It was great, Yum Yum Yum!

What is your favorite Pho place in the GTA and beyond?

i like:

mi mi on gerrard st. e. - an added bonus here is the cheery decor and lack of blaring fluorescent lights

miss saigon and pho hung on spadina

xelua on spadina is alright for late night, but perhaps not so pristine

now someone tell me more about this goat pho...

'Go West, Yung Man'

College St. west of Dufferin has two good spots, near Sheridan; Ossington below Dundas is a hotbed of Viet Activity.
