helm I do think this bacon added ' flavor '
its generic, i.e. supermarket brand """ On Sale """
as the sale at the branded maker ran out, they sub's Oscar.Mayer
its the same stuff, from the same conglomerate
its 'mild' not so smoke ey and works well with this TurkBr's
I do plan to make some with the Benton's I have
but this generic TurkBR is Mild flavored it does taste like turkey,
so I thought Id not over whelm it.
new for me :
two Turks work well in the CSB
