"Instant" Meal Maker, or? What does this device do exactly?

Its from Israel. in the video it says it makes any meal possible, like rice dishes, in 1 minute, BUT it then shows "pods" of powders to

use to make these multi meals. What exactly does it do? Does it just make for example, "RICE FLAVORED PABLUM"?

Looks like a small autoclave to me.  The pods seem to be filled with pre-cooked, freeze-dried ingredients.  My guess is that super-heated water under pressure is injected in to the pods to rehydrate the freeze-dried foods quickly, and then pressure is slowly released and possibly a vacuum piulled to reduce the temperature to a safe level.
