Congratulations to St. John's and Fergus Henderson for approaching 20 years of delivering great food and inspiring cooks and chefs around the world. "Nose to Tail" didn't start here, but was raised to new heights.

 

Today the Guardian/Observer runs a number of tributes. All worth reading, I feel.

Very nice series of articles.

 

Eater published a feature on one of St. John's most iconic dishes, the roasted bone marrow, for the occasion.
