NEW YORK WINE & FOOD CLASSIC has a record number of entries (874) as well as a stellar group of judges from several states and abroad. Judges from the United Kingdom include wine writers Julie Arkell and Maggie Rosen. Californians include Dan Berger (Wine Journalist and Publisher, Santa Rosa); Rene Chazottes (Wine Director, Maitre Sommelier, The Pacific Club, Newport Beach); Ann Littlefield (Direct Wine Marketing Brand Champion, Napa); and Dr. Bob Small (Professor Emeritus, Collins College of Hospitality Management, Cal Poly University & Chairman, Los Angeles International Wine & Spirits Competition).

I know someone who has entered with 14 wines for the very first time... that would be a hoot to win solid gold and maybe the Gov cup... time will tell... Cheers !!!
