I had an email yesterday from Pierre Jancou saying:

Finally Racines will be sold next friday and I will go to the Drôme region next to my family and have new adventures

That's right, Racines is changing hands on Friday. A little birdie told me that her friend David, who used to run le Café Moderne, is the new proprietor.
