Rosemary, mint and garlic lamb kebabs


ROSEMARY, MINT, GARLIC LAMB KEBABS

  • 500 g lamb neck fillet cubed

MARINADE

  • 1/2 small red onion
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 T fresh rosemary
  • 1 T fresh mint
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp soya sauce
  • 1 tsp fresh finely ground black pepper

Blitz in a blender and marinate lamb for 4 hours.
