Keywest Ribs (Crockpot)

  • 2-1/2 lb Country style ribs
  • 1/2 c Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 c BBQ sauce
  • 1 T Grated orange peel
  • 1 T Grated lime peel
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 T Lime juice
  • 1/4 c Orange juice

Place ribs in 3 ½ to 4 quart slow cooker. In small bowl, combine all

remaining ingredients: mix well. Pour over ribs.

Cover, Cook on low setting setting for 7-9 hours. Spoon sauce over ribs.
