Heard some rumors . . . anyone else here anything? Nice location, environment, and an exceptional downstairs. I know the economy is not in good shape, people are concerned, etc. -- however, Englewood is a very good location, above average on many levels (including rent, LOL).

I was thinking about talking to a friend of mine who was on again/off again contemplating a Northern NJ location (he's a NY restaurant owner). We had looked at it several years ago and did a great deal of due diligence -- in the end, he decided to go with another place in NY.

So, anything going on? Thanks.
