Hello All,

I was wondering if anyone knew how to source butter made with raw milk in Chicago. I'm willing to travel a bit, but not more than a couple hours.

That one's a poser. My suggestion would be to source the best, freshest, safest raw milk, then do the churning yourself under conditions you control yourself. Try Googling sources up in Wisconsin, maybe, and following up on 'em by phone?
