  4. I make a coffee rugelach and its good but it needs more coffee flavor. I tried the coffee paste used in mousses etc but they did not hold up to the heat. I have asked around & looked online but have not seen anything yet, anyone use or seen such item ? Thanks !

  11. Have a party this week for 150 people and the theme is the 1960's, I need 10 to 15 desserts from the 60's... Have a couple of ideas but would appreciate any input / ideas ? Thanks !

  13. Thanks everyone for the great ideas, as far as the colors Black & White the customer told me later that color brown/chocolate was fine. Thanks again for all of your help & Ideas !!
  14. Jim The squares are tempered chocolate, I put melted colored cocoa butter blue green etc on acetate sheet and let it set the pour tempered chocolate over. Let the chocolate almost set the cut out squares or any shape. Patrick
  15. Have a part coming up at the end of January & the customer wants a Black & White theme on the desserts. She told me she had many ideas but when we talked all she had was the B&W cookie. I have several ideas but any suggestions / ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance !
