  3. China Gourmet--have been there but I like China 46 better. Also China 46 is BYO. For regular Chinese take-out I go to the little place near Kings on South Livingston Ave in Livingston.

    Well in that case bring the Cloudy Bay also. I got mixed up between the Chalk and the Cloud!! Lou--Don't forget the polenta fries that should be on the table as we sit!!!
  7. What night do you go out to eat and why? We usually go out on Sat. and Sun. nights unless Valentine's Day falls on a Sat and then we stay home. We will go out once or twice during the week to check out a restaurant. If we have gone out 4 times during the week I will cook on Sunday. Do you drink more weeknights or weekends? At home we have 1-2 glasses of wine before dinner. When we go out we have a bottle of wine. Do you prefer to dine as a couple or with others? Both. Doesn't matter. Is anymore more apt to dine at a restaurant with a liquor license if they waive the corking charge? I prefer BYO but will go to a restaurant with a liquor license. I have never brought a bottle to a restaurant that has a liquor license. How far will you drive to a restaurant on a weeknight? Try to stay close to home if possible during the week but have driven an hour. Weekend? We have driven 1 1/2 hours. How about you Lou? As a restaurant owner how would you answer your questions?

  22. A film will shot on February 24 from 5 to 8 PM at the Frog and the Peach, New Brunswick that will be shown on Continental Airlines during May or June as part of a "Best of" series. If you would like to be part of the action stop by the restaurant for a drink at the bar or for dinner that day and you might be captured on the film. For reservations call 732-846-3216.

  25. Steakas---The prices seem VERY high to me. Were they that high just for Valentine's Day or is the same menu/prices served year round?
