When I type "gremolata' at epicurious.com, I got five pages of recipes. Ingredients included: grapes, jalapenos, onions, pinenuts, pomegranate, horseradish, tarragon, dried chilies, dill, spinach, hazelnut, rosemary, chives, grapefruit zest, pecans, fennel....it goes on and on. If Bon Appetit and the former Gourmet are comfortable calling it gremolata, so am I!
