You think I don't have a recipe for beef cookies? One of my problems here is that it's just a few people asking for this, and I don't have time to locate, order, test, and UNDERSTAND everything. I've only had time to gather recipes for my regular stuff, and shop at Costco. I think once things settle down I can concentrate a bit on this. I think cheesecakes are out since I haven't been approved for custardy type items. But I am selling a cheese bread batter from a cooler, so maybe I'll call up the inspector.

Honestly, I'm not big on washes, but try it if you like. I wonder how dry is dry?

With the prospect of tasting something infused with... someone? Actually, it has been kind of slow around here.
-
I actually don't use that one professionally, because "my people" said it made me seem unfriendly and kind of evil-looking. I've always liked it, though... primarily because I am kind of evil. Not evil enough to eat people.

El Cumbre on Valencia off 16th.

Cool pic!

Paul, this is true. Rachel, they're supposed to be soft and chewey in the center (for my taste) with cheese stalactites and stalagmites. I can't really say I know much about convection ovens.
-
I'd try one! C'mon, be bad.

Much depends on your oven and the size of the spoon/scoop you use. I said 25-35 minutes because I was telling people to drop by tablespoonfulls. Rachel or Jason, what size scoop? How would you describe the inside? They were flat at Suzanne's because I simply ran out of flour. What can I say? These look as they're supposed to. Mine were smooth because they were wrongish. I suppose you could roll them in your hands to make them a bit smoother, but I like them more rustic. Up to you. Paul, do I have to call them love cookies? I'll blush a thousand times if I do. Maybe I will. Did I tell you a waoman requested more of the black gold cookies(biscotti)? I think I'll make half as they were (press them down a bit), and half with less flour. It's a crazy recipe. Say a cup of sugar, a stick of butter, 21 oz chocolate, and six tablespoons of flour. ??? I had the consistency of crepe batter. I added an additional 2 1/2 cups of flour. I'll try to make a lot of the luv cookies.

My eyes are blue, but people tell me now and again how pretty my green, grey, or hazel eyes are and I have to go through the bla bla bla. Elizabeth Taylor's eyes are violet. I wish!
-
Oh dear.
-
Hazel, but with a peculiar quality that can make them appear green, brown or blue depending on the lighting and what I am wearing. I get that too. I can not BELIEVE anyone thought that was our humble narrator's eye. COME ON!

Do we have one or know one?

I admit, I was getting snarky.
-
Congratulations Rosie and Lowell! And Lowell! Pao de queijo samples. tommy snarky. No, Rachel snarky, tommy mean. I can't wait for the real pie molds to arrive!
-
Ouch. My pie could bowl over 10.
-
Who snarky? Me snarky? Well I am happy to report that I completely sold out today (by...6?). Except for a pao de queijo, but still! I didn't even have anything to take to the local cafe. I did stop in though to tell them not to expect cookies, and they told me to bake extra next week so they can buy it. Nice to hear. A big thank you to Rachel and Paul for the help! Happy birthday tommy! Thanks all for coming!

Good Lord, it's painful waiting for pictures of self to load. (Note to self: don't make 'are you done yet' faces when Jason's taking a picture).

Pie.

I've got a pie for tommy, pao for Rachel and Paul, pie for Rosie? Paul, in case I get online tomorrow, which is doubtful, large or small pao? Anyone else? Maybe in time I'll post a phone # for last minute reservations. I'm also going to try to do anadama bread. What a panic. Rachel, you're smart.
-
32 oz for Paul! On reserve. Rosie, I hope you make it one of these days. It'll be nice to meet you. I found my pie molds, and am going to test them tomorrow. They're not the qualita, but we'll see how they work. I got 10 large, and 10 small. Next question. It's supposed to rain like anything. The other vendor is out in any weather. What do I do? I'll have big tupperware type things, but how long do I stand in the rain? Canopy's a tad small. Actually, I'll have no car so will have to stand there until someone picks me up! Sorry! Opens around 2, closes at 7 when the cop goes home. Lackawanna Plaza.

Oh my God. I just looked at those sites and I am so confused. Where can I find protein mix, and what the hell is it? And something about Atkins mix? I need to lie down.

OY so much to think about! I did price Splenda today at the supermarket, and boy is it expensive. I think I have to forego this until I can find it cheaper. Where does one find erythritol?

So, is the Neapolitan actually blended, or just layered? tommy, is it really your birthday on Thursday?
