Well, just about any day or time is fine for me except Thursdays. I'm probably lying, but hopeful. Again, this is to get the best burger, so if a Saturday sucks at say, Molly's, we go durring the week. tommy, any difference? You're the only one I know for sure has eaten there several times. I disagree. But I'm speaking as a chicken lover (not the South Park type) who's had good chicken to pretty amazing chicken. The only awful chicken has been mucked up with herbs and such. I do agree with your spatchcock theory, though.

Fries are incidental in my book. I love them like anything, but can we make that a separate quest? Unless they're a sub-category. I always taste my burger without ketchup. If it's good, I use no ketchup. Which means I always have ketchup. A LOT of it.

I find I can eat more chicken than beef or pork on a daily basis. Beef and pork make my muscles feel full or toxified.

I haven't read the thread yet, but I've been thinking of adding that I want to end my lemon cookies in place of spice and molasses stuff. People are unhappy about that. Sheesh!

Burger Club is open to suggestions. I will say that is someone pipes in with "x burger at X place sucks on the weekends" I vote that place is out on the weekend. Agreed?
