  1. Restaurants must have those temp. controls, in question is a lot of food and a lot of guests which must be served with specific food. Good tips by the way, i was wondering such a question for keeping meat warm.

  2. Do some test, brake one egg and if it smells bad, it's not ok. Simple! That is the way how i check them if they sitting some time in the fridge, and yes im keeping them in fridge.

  3. Patrickamory, i agree with you about how is difficult to make beans like in pictures. There are a lot of side things that should do. I love black beans, your dinner looks wonderful!

  4. Continuing tequila variations on other cocktails:

    Qui' Punch

    1 1/2 oz Anejo Tequilla (Kirkland - not having much to compare to, it seems pretty decent)

    1 tsp agave syrup (cut in half next time)

    a thin slice of lime (one of the interesting yellow sweet limes available at this time of year)

    Build in OF glass with 1 ice cube.

    I could down these pretty quickly.

    This punch seems interesting, got to try this one.
