  1. I have several Messermeisters in my draw, they're are sharp too. Just ask my fingers...and yes they hold an edge very well. They are not extremely expensive either. john

    ok ....its finally cooled off here in houston, so I whipped up some shrimp and chese stuffed jalapenos(wrapped in bacon of course) and a couple racks of ribs. I then tossed them in the smoker. My friends and I then kicked back watched the football game and enjoyed cold beer while the food cooked....and yes it was fabulous!!! A great way to enjoy a Sunday. john

  5. Malarwy, I am going to start Culinary school at the Art institute of Houston. I am wondering if you or anyone else out there has any words of advise? Thanks, John
