    Cooking Myths

    Cooking Myths

Parboiling ribs for so-called tenderness is one of the biggest cooking myths! Another one is that real chile contains beans! it does not! "Don't salt meat before cooking, it will dry it out!"
  9. The absolute for me are Picholines confites; they are so addictive, right out of the jar! I also love tapenade (green or black) on crusty bread I enjoy olives with pasta and pizza as well! The next best thing would be chocolate! BTW, I found a pie recipe, en français! Scroll down the page to find La Croustade Clermontaise
