Southern girl through & through with a love for cooking & eating nearly EVERYTHING. Favorites are Southern (especially low country), Mexican, & Thai. I'm terrible at baking as I can't be trusted with exact measurements, but I can make something out of nothing with a decently stocked pantry.  I love cast iron cooking, ,  and my favorite season is summer when my patio is full of fresh herbs.
