Sorta green pork tacos. Pre salted and browned pork shoulder. Into the slow cooker w tomatillos, a few green onions, garlic and a jalapeño.

Ugh I got the popcorn on a whim yesterday. Unlike you I didn't bin it-I threw it in the trash.

Seasoned some skirt steak and chicken thighs w salt, garlic, lime zest and a pinch of sugar this morning. Grilled and served w some mediocre tortillas. I grill the chicken thighs really slow so they render and the skins gets really crispy. The edges of the meat and skin make me think of chicken bacon.

Been making veggie tacos about once a week. Roasted cauliflower, poblano, mushroom and red onion. Top w avocado and radish then squeeze of lime and some hot sauce.

Tanks for the book reco! No real recipe for the meatballs-I looked at a bunch online and came up w my own. Ground pork marinated w fish sauce, chopped garlic, thai chili, sugar salt and pepper. The caramel sauce was inspired by the wing glaze at Pok Pok. Just a Vietnamese caramel sauce (from Andreas blog btw) and swirl in some fish sauce at the end. Glaze the meatballs as they finish on the grill.

I may have posted this one before. Thai style ground beef based on a Martha Stewart recipe of all things. Served on ginger and garlic rice.

Pizza. 24hr room temp dough, provolone, fresh mozz and homemade pepperoni. Baked in a pan and finished on the stone so it was nice and crunchy.
