  1. Bennigan's isn't great, but IMO, Applebee's, then Chili's is the WORST! TGIFriday's I can live with.
  2. OMG - I was hopin' and prayin' for that, too. Someone should have asked me to do it . . . it would have made my day.
  3. After last night, I'm not watching this crap anymore.
  4. OMG - If Lisa wins this (no WAY!), I will never watch Top Chef again! CONGRATS, Lisa for getting the bronze!! Get over yourfreakin' self!!!!!!!! Anybody else would have had a meltdown when Dale left the meat out, but Stephanie took a breath, figured out Plan B, and rose above. Steph, you ROCK! My money's on Steph, although if Richard wins, I'll be happy for him, too.
  5. It doesn't look to me like it's a two-parter - at least not according to my TV listings.
  6. What was that somebody said . . . ? A five-year-old trapped in a 35-year-old body? That just about sums it up.
  7. Certainly no more so than Lisa or Spike.
  8. Yeah, I seem to remember Jenn giving Louross HELL when he lost the challenge for the team, but when Jenn screwed up and forgot the sauce and lost it for the team, she didn't get any guff from the others. BIOTCH needs to hit the road and GROW UP.
  9. I think both Spike and Lisa should have hit the road! Spike's childish decision to take 4 items and only utilize one in any decent fashion for the sake of screwing with the others shows his true character. Pure sleeze. He and Lisa could use therapy. And, Lisa - when asked why she thought she was up for elimination, she has the gall to say "I don't know . . . why don't you tell me??" Hmmmm . . . remember the rice you were so concerned about, my dear? Could it possibly have been not quite up to par?? Hmmmmm?? That grimace and attitude of hers is going to be her downfall . . . I don't care how good a cook she may be! Personally, I'm sick of looking at her. Ah, Andrew. Nutritous or not, that 'sushi' wouldn't fill up my cat, let alone a police officer. Unfortunately, I see the reasoning behind him getting the boot. Hmmm, perhaps all 3 of them needed to go.
  10. Exactly. Suddenly Shayna is slow, but Rosann and Matt who have been screw-ups from the word GO keep managing to stick around. There is no way in HELL either one of those two could run Ramsay's restaurant!! And that pouty/poor me look of "Matty's" is getting soooo ooooooold. And, Corey likes herself waaaaaaaay too much. I say it's LouRoss, Jenn, or dare I say it - Bobby. AT least they know how to take charge of a kitchen.
  11. I am stunned and wondering why Ramsay sent that chick home over one of the other two, who not only screwed up tonight, but in the past as well. This show is moronic!
  12. I, too, have been doing the happy-dance since Jason got booted out. Major good riddance. I didn't care for Jen at first, but she's starting to grow on me. I do believe LouRoss will take it though.
  13. Oh. My. God. Where to start? I've never seen a dumber bunch of peeps. I guess I just need to get it thru my skull that this show is not about food . . . it's about drama, yelling, cursing, screaming, stupidity, etc. Jason - if I hear one more word about the 'dumbness' of girls and how they need a man over in their kitchen in order to get anything done, and then I watch you standing there with your thumb up your a$$, I'm not sure my television will survive the evening. Corey - I guess it was a 'strategic' move to nominate those two ladies just because you didn't like them and not due to the performance in the kitchen. Again, another point that this is not about cooking . . . it's a popularity contest. I'm glad at least Ramsay had the smarts to toss out "Barbie" and disregard Corey's choices. Jenn - you are not God's gift to the kitchen. Get over yourself. ?? - can't remember his name, but he's the one that just couldn't remember the menu and was repeatedly told to 'go to his room and study'. You'd think the last episode would prompt these fools to know the menu. ?? - the chick who held the tickets for 2 hours . . . what more can I say? I'm speechless.
  14. I canNOT believe that idiot Bobby wasn't tossed off last night. I think Ramsay's brain cells went on haitus. Keeping him around for more glimpses into his stupidity is an insult to us viewers. If I hear that beastly Joey say "I'm not gonna lose to a bunch of girls" again . . . guess what, Dude?? You lost to a bunch of girls!! Who gets prepared for opening night and doesn't have a clue what the entrees are?!?!? DUH! I can't believe I still watch this crap.
  15. I watched this show for the first time last night - the cake challenge. OMG . . . I can't believe Food Network has stooped this low.
  16. Unfortunately I missed the New Orleans episode, but I did catch the London/Edinburg show. Is it me, or was anyone else sorta turned off by the butcher eating in the restaurant wearing his bloody work jacket?
  17. Yeah, the younger kid was his nephew, but I thought I heard him say that one of the guys in the rock band was his son. I probably misunderstood . . .
  18. I could swear that Tony mentioned something about one of the guys in that band in the Christmas special being his son. Did anyone else catch that? Does anyone know if that is true?
  19. For sure . . . the Orlando restaurant was awful
  20. I was rooting for both of them, but I must admit . . . I was actually surprised that Symon got it. From the comments of the judging Iron Chefs, I sensed that Besh would win.
  21. RConnelly - thanks for the summing up re: count. My TV "guide" says that tonight's episode is about the "three finalists." Wow - I thought - what have I missed??? Must be an error here. Looking forward to the show. ← Yeah, I was wondering about that myself!
