From Frankfurt a quick flight over the Alps to Bologna - then a drive to Rimini

Thanks Franci - we have a couple of nights not accounted for so those suggestions are very welcome.

This is a chocolate business trip. I week in Rimini then a little over an hour to get back to Bologna.

Breakfast on the plane - they remembered the cheese!

That would require staying awake - does not fit with my jet lag program!

Glue works quite well too!

What I won’t be eating tonight - wonder if they could add the cheese to my breakfast tray

My jet lag program requires 3 cups of coffee in short order. They brought me a 4th but I knew better!

So we are in the posh Signature Lounge. @Alleguede supplies their gelato and croissants.

He has 30 kg of baking in his bag.

Just a week

Been doing a little advertising before this trip Tonight @Alleguede and I head out to Rimini, Italy (birthplace of Fellini) for Sigep - a huge pastry, gelato, coffee and a bit of chocolate trade show. Rimini also happens to be the home of the parents of @Alleguede’s girlfriend and this will be his first meeting with them - so he’s a bit anxious. There is a traditional flatbread from the area that I am hoping Bianca’s nonna will teach me. Looking forward to the foods of the area and sharing them with you.

Costco has a couple of Panasonics with inverter technology - and being Costco you can take them back as needed.

Yup - it will overcrystallize - depending on the total weight - add melted cocoa butter to the white chocolate minus the 1% silk.
