My third sutures of the day were food related - fellow was making an outdoor kitchen and he needed to make a hole in a knife handle so he could hang it from a throng - he applied the drill to the knife handle and when the bit hit the tang it caused the whole knife to spin 360 degrees. Unfortunately his left 5th finger was in the path of the spinning knife. -

Sternum split in half as far as I can tell - so there is bone, attached cartilage and a fair bit of meaty goodness. Pretty good deal for around 50¢ a piece. -
I find that if you simply half melt the bottle - then it will paint quite nicely with a finger or brush. If it gets warm enough to melt the whole bottle it won't work well.

Another 24 hour shift - stopped in the Sobey's in Dunnville before work this am to see what I could find. There were pork breast bones - very inexpensively Quick brown in the IP - then on the rack above some chicken broth for 35 minutes. Potatoes and carrots cost more than the meat. 4 minutes for them - was to have been quick release - however man meets table saw, table saw wins meant I was a little late getting back so the veg were a bit softer than I'd like. Some hoisin and kabli sauce and a big of a saute. Dinner is served. -

Micelli does custom molds as well - costs a couple of grand. Have sent a question off to JKV to see if it is theirs.

Renee from cc thinks it looks like a JVK mold from the yellowish discoloration. I will have a more thorough look through their molds later today. It may however be a discontinued JVK. JVK will make a couple of molds for you if they have the dies available - it may take a while.

I've gone through all the Chocolate World, Cabrellon, Pavoni, Martellato, JVK, Mold'art and Xinxing molds and don't see anything quite like it.

So it looks like a bar size - La Fleur de Chocolat is a british chocolaterie that seems to be the only pictures I can find using that mold. Wonder if they had it made custom.

As keychris mentioned I've had good luck getting a pretty smooth chocolate liquor using a Sumeet spice grinder (or a preethi).

Nicolas from Design and Realization will be bringing me things at the end of the month for our workshop. He hopes to join us one of the days of the workshop to meet everyone. If there is anything you might want to order from DR - might want to get that order in and ask him to bring it to the bakery show and I can then take it from him. -

Weird - found what looked like that exact same page this morning and it only showed 240V. Or perhaps I was looking at the creative and that's why.
