Likely didn’t spend enough time at room temperature for all of the crystals to re-develop.

Not really done in an attempt to horrify - toast, cheese, egg scrambled at low temp on Control Freak, ketsup.

But they actually taste better than the way too bland corn thingies! Next corn thingies will get crushed, added to chocolate for a bark and a ton of salt added in there.

Dipped some of the popped corn cakes and the key lime twizzlers for work today I had added a little lime oil to the white chocolate so made a few skinny bars with the remains

I have confirmed with Tomric in Buffalo that we can hold our workshop in their facility next May - the weekend will be Friday May 15, Sat 16 and Sunday 17th. Friday Master's classes likely panning for half the day and Mark Heim to teach us something if we can get him to come. Saturday am hoping we can have a quick demo of the one shot depositing - perhaps some info on how to formulate for a one shot depositor. It seems to be the wave of the future so it would be nice to have a clear understanding of how it works even if none of us are in the market for one! So set aside the date - we can start a list of interested individuals and gradually start working our way towards it.

Grilled chicken club sub - too windy to be fooling around turning it over for the beauty shot. Dogs in Wiki have a good life - there were at least 4 in this family - they came down for a swim and to check out some visiting dogs that were swimming. Very windy on the spit - even the flowers were getting blown around.

The cookies I took today. They went down well but I was not impressed myself.
