I made dinner again yesterday morning because I didn't make it the night before. Prime Rib bones prepared like regular short ribs. Cooked in the Breville PC and served with mashed potatoes and maple syrup glazed carrots (for Moe only) and steamed green beans only for me.

Up early so I made scones to have with our cappuccino. Red Currant Scones with a brown butter glaze. And before leaving for work, I made Moe a real breakfast. Soft boiled (steamed actually) eggs with toast points.

@JoNorvelleWalker, well your pizza looks fine to me. If you hadn't told us we wouldn't have known it was anything but perfect. And I must confess, I actually like a little char .

@Okanagancook, Pizza is gone, but there is bread. It came out of the oven late last night. The pizza and the bread were both from my favourite baguette dough. Baked in the CSO. Sliced this morning.

Pizza Night. Matt's Pizza Artichoke and Pesto Moe and I shared An Italian Sausage and Mushroom Pizza.

Smashed Burgers and hand-cut double fried fries for breakfast yesterday.

I had a craving last night for Chicken and Dumplings.

Spaghetti and clams tonight.

Wings were suppose to be on the menu last night but got postponed until this morning. Cooked on the grill with homemade potato chips.

Baked Apple Dumplings this morning. They were intended for dessert. But they became dinner. With ice cream and homemade caramel sauce.

I can't do spam, but I can appreciate your twist @Shelby. I could certainly go for @blue_dolphin's chicken live crostini. Moe's breakfast. Spicy Pork Stir fry over rice. I'm taking the same to work for lunch.

I still have smoked turkey breast left from Saturday, so I made another toasted club house sandwich for Moe and I to share this morning Served with homemade potato chips. The smoked turkey was even better than it was Saturday. Moist with a wonderful smoked flavour. Still surprised at how well the pellet smoke tube works.

Moe has been requesting pancakes so this morning I made him his favourite thin pancakes, rolled around bacon with maple syrup. Cooked the bacon on the bake steam setting in the CSO. My favourite way to cook bacon now.

I was up early again this morning so I smoked at whole turkey breast before leaving for work. We had toasted clubhouse sandwiches tonight for dinner. With homemade double fried fries. Shared board.

@Anna N, maybe over cooked for Moe, but not for me. I like my egg yolks on the hard side. Those look perfect.

@liuzhou WOW!!!!! I so want to eat at your house. Dinner Wednesday night , prime rib with Yorkshire Pudding. And last night a simple Antipasto platter to pick at.

Thursday's breakfast. A favourite Dim Sum dish. Chinese Steamed Pork ribs with black beans, garlic and ginger. A side of spicy Baby Bok Choy with garlic and ginger.

Moe had pie again this morning with his second cappuccino. And to make it a little more decadent I made a salted caramel sauce this morning.

@gfweb, perfectly cooked lamb. Italian Roast Chicken with a side of Pasta . And apple pie with ice cream for dessert.

@suzilightning, If it had come out of the oven any earlier, that might have worked. But I hate cutting into a hot pie and letting all the juices/filling flow out.

Apple Pie just out of the oven. Not sure if this will tonight's dessert or tonight's dinner.

Moe's breakfast. This is one of both of our favourite meals. Greek Style Lamb shanks, potatoes and Greek Salad. I'm working today so will take the same thing for lunch. Breakfast is too early for me.

Just out of the oven. Moe is going to have the legs with toast for breakfast and I'll make hot chicken sandwiches and homemade fries for dinner with the breast meat.

Moe's breakfast the last two mornings. Toasted baguette with homemade grape jelly made by a friend, from grapes grown by another friend. Thai Green Curry Chicken .

Tonight's dinner. Bangers and Mash.
