This is probably obvious observation, but, for those of us buying an awesome pottery dipping bowl from Patris, you may want to pack some bubble wrap to assist in the safety of it while traveling home

I made my Friday night Show and Tell pieces today and they are more like Hide and Seek. They taste good, look bad.....and Imdont have time to redo them for the workshop. These can be an excellent example of failures in the decoration experiment category

Honestly, I’ve been using my EZ-Temper since 2015 and I haven’t had ANY downsides, negatives, etc. It is a tool that (imho) is a MUST have. Use it for a week and there is no going back...... -

According to my notes.... yellow C sugar (and brown sugar) are sugars from reboiled syrups. Yellow C sugar and brown sugar are not dried as is white sugar, and contain 3 to 4% moisture.

Ive got a very old formula for a confection, which calls for Yellow C Sugar..... live nit run across this particular sugar before, does anyone have the ability to enlighten me as to what it is? Or a source? Thanks Bob
