About Me
Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY I grew up around cooking as my mother had a successful baking business, so there were never shortages of baked goods around the house. Having grown tired of eating sweets all the time I started taking on the task of making the family meals when I was younger, gently exposing them to more dishes than the normal meatloaf, pasta, and chicken dishes my mother made.
During college for my CS degree, I also went to the FCI in Manhattan for the Culinary Arts program which was the highlight of my younger years.
I am currently a CTO working in Dumbo and enjoying my recently gut-renovated kitchen.
