Gaurav, Not bad timing, as I will be in Mumbai again shortly. Which place do you recommend for kabobs and falooda kulfi? Also, which non-Indian cuisine would you say in gaining popularity in India and what would be a good example of "fine dining" at a place which does not serve Indian cuisine?

Went with a group and along with some regular items (authentic Kung Pao, Fish dry pot, wontons in chili oil, lion head meatballs, 3 cup chicken, etc) we also ordered garlic shrimp with a touch of spice, which was surprisingly nice.

Nice chocolate bread. Fruit and yogurt is too healthy for me, I needed to use up some steak Steak & Eggs

Scotty, Every meal and pic has been awesome and I just wanted to say that doing this while cooking such intricate meals for work can be very challenging, so thanks a million for sharing these with us. And do not worry...when the blog is over..you can have a cheese-steak with fried egg for breakfast

Keith, you are correct, I meant more Korean BBQ style than US BBQ. The white miso glaze grilled ribs are unique with a distinctive sweet salty taste. dcarch, great presentation as always.
