The eGullet Society for Culinary Arts & Letters hosts an eG Spotlight Conversation with award winning cookbook author Dorie Greenspan, 6 November to 9 November 2006. Her newest book, Baking: From my home to yours follows a string of collaborations resulting in highly acclaimed books over her career, such as Chocolate Desserts by Pierre Herme, Desserts by Pierre Herme and Baking with Julia.
