I had an incredible lapin salad at Anubis. It was braised, marinated rabbit over a salad of baby greens. I have been looking for other places to find rabbit in Montreal. Any recommendations?

Pied de Cochon has had it as a special on their menu before - I had an amazing rabbit stew there a few years back, and have been waiting for it to return to their menu ever since...

L'Atelier has two good rabbit dishes on the menu.

But the best rabbit dish I have had in the past year was at La Montée De Lait. Rabbit three ways, including rabbit ribs. Awesome.
