Sea Urchin in DC?

Not that I can recall seeing any type of sea urchin around, except occasionally in sushi places, but I'd really like to bring the critters home fresh to play with. Any ideas?

Go to the seafood dept, ask for the manager (ATL or TL in WF lingo), and see what they have to say. They're usually quite accommodating.
