Hi Mario it is an honor to be in your almost presence :wink:

My great grand mother came from a little town near Naples called Sanza she used to make a dish with pig blood I think ie was called saguine noche ( not sure of the Italian spelling) Are you familair with that recipe and where can the actual blood be purchased. Thank You for making my afternoons interesting MY KIDS KNOW THAT 3:30 IS MARIO TIME BEST TO SCATTER!!! haver a wonderful summer

hey nk the dish is called sanguinaccio and can be made with our without blood, i have a cool variation in my holiday cookbook without blood, the only to place to buy fresh blood, as it is illegal to ship across state lines, is a real slaughterhouse... find one or kill your own pig!!!!! mb

ps chinatown often disregards contemporary commercial laws
