Hi Mario it is an honor to be in your almost presence My great grand mother came from a little town near Naples called Sanza she used to make a dish with pig blood I think ie was called saguine noche ( not sure of the Italian spelling) Are you familair with that recipe and where can the actual blood be purchased.
