i love the intellectual component of cooking and the provocative style of this completely spanish madman is fascinating as it is challenging, my question is... is he making a statement, or is he making dinner??? sometimes i want to be on the edge, and sometimes i want to eat a bowl of spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino... on the latter days i will eat at home mb
