What's Slow?  I Googled "slow magazine" but couldn't find anything that looked too relevant.

Slow is the international magazine of Slow Food. Published seven times a year.

Can it be bought via news stand or exclusively by subscription? I see it's $60 a year for membership which includes the mag.

As far as I know, it's only available via membership. But you might try e-mailing & asking.
