I just watched the first episode of this new series and am on the fence.  I love the personalities and skill of both of the Voltaggio Brothers and they seem to be amazing Chefs.  I think this could be an entertaining realistic program.  Anyone have thoughts who have seen it?

I whistfully mentioned how I missed sushi. Truly horrified, she told me "you city folk eat the strangest things!", and offered me a freshly fried chitterling!
