he seems to have had something to do with its development. he grated it frozen onto a pasta seafood dish
it from California, and about 1/2 the price of the imported. 41 $ / 1 0z
has anyone tried this ?
unfortunately there does not seem to be a way to view this episode on line at the moment.
he used very little, and with a vac-bagging system I imagine the Puck would keep frozen for some time w/o weird freezer tastes.
he may have not shown the 1 oz tin but the 125 gm tin which is 198 USD
