Please help with Rev Delta

I just received my delta, and have a HUGE problem. Accidentaly entered into program mode, and can't edit any delta point. Now the tempering machine goes up to 42 and then tries to go down to 27.9 (incredibly low) of course I can manually change it when it does that but I cannot temper automatically anymore. Is there a way to reset settings to factory values?

I can't answer the "how to fix" question, but if you go to Chocovision' website, and click on the "Ask Joe" link...you can explain in an email the problem, and Joe (Crevino) will help you with it- if possible.

 

He's a fantastic person to talk to, and tremendous help with the machines.  He spent over an hour on the phone with me last time I had an issue.
