Ortiz makes the best anchovies I've tried. They have a super-premium Family Reserve version, but I haven't found a U.S. source.

Yep -- but outfits like La Tienda may be able to get these sorts of items if there's interest. I, for one, am interested!

I was thinking of checking over at Despana. They look good but so expensive.

I actually like salted anchovies - they're usually larger and more delicious.
