Maple Glazed Carrots

An easy recipe for entertaining

  • 2 lb peeled baby carrots
  • 1/4 c water
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1/2 c brown sugar
  • 1 T melted butter
  • 2 T maple syrup or honey

Put the carrots in slow cooker.

Stir all other ingredients together, pour over carrots and stir to coat. Cover and cook on high for 3-4 hours.
