Week-long Italian Cooking Class in United States?

Seeking recommendations for a week-long cooking class (prefer Italian). Asking on behalf of a dear friend and her daughter. Daughter is leaving for college in the fall and this will be a last hurrah for the two of them before the daughter leaves for school. Prefer a major US city.
