Las Vegas Wine Amplified Festival

On September 27 there's some sort of event which combines wine tasting with music. Dubbed the Wine Amplified Festival, it's to be held at Mandalay Bay's beach. I gather this is one of a series of events that have been held. Does anyone know about it? Worth going to?
