there's a new chef @ st. james can't wait to go eat there . but i'm gonna give it a few month's so they get used to the tight kitchen , very very tight kitchen.

Ah, if only every chef had the luxury of a few months' grace period! Most are exepected to deliver perfection right on opening week.

On another note, why is this restaurant constantly changing its staff? Never a good sign...
