So I am a young motivated chef living outside of New Orleans and I have a burning passion for French Cuisine. I love to work hard and I want to go to France and learn from one of the great restaurants or hotels there. My only problem is that I am married and have two children. Everyone is willing to join me in my endevours I just need to opportunity to find somewhere to live and somewhere to do an intership/ temporary work experience. If anyone has any ideas or has that opportunity I would love to hear from you.

Hi Chef Zimm,

I assume you've already checked out the 10 topics or so listed in our compendium on Stages and working in France. There's lots of wisdom there from folks who've come before. (BTW - if you find any broken links, please PM me so I can fix them.) Good luck in your search.
