I washed em, and boiled em. Made nettle and leek champ with some.

Drank a glass of the tea.

I have a gallon of tea

and 5 cups cooked nettles

I think Ill make soup

I wrote about nettles for Culinate last month, and there's a recipe for the Piemontese fritters called subrich.
